I am at a loss as to what I have and noone seems to know. The back of my tongue on top and bottom feels sore. The longer I talk it seems to get worse and almost feels like it is tightening. Not tightening or swollen like to close off air. Any suggestions on what it could be please? Oh and a little strange feeling up underneath my chin (bottom of gum, behind teeth)
