I have been "Bipolar I" for over 24 years and just recently I was diagnosed "Schizo-affective disorder".

What are the "Schizo-affective disorder" Medications that I can take with the least side effects?

I am currently taking:

MORNING 8:00 AM (with oatmeal)
1 docusate sodium 250MG
1 tablet Acyclovir® 400MG
4 tablets Lithobid® ER 1200MG

NIGHT 12:00 AM (with Decaffeinated Tea & Bottled Water)
1 tablet Atripla®
1 tablet Acyclovir® 400MG
1 tablet ABILIFY® 15MG (light headed in sun like heat stroke, bad hangover, sweat everywhere)
1 tablet Clonazepam® 2MG (feel groggy next morning)

1 Melatonin 1 MG

Please Help!
