  • That is common to experience. The same thign happened to me...actually nine years ago to be exact, and when i went through my therapy I experienced scenes that made me feel like I was actually in the situation all over again. I;ve spoken with others with PTSD as well as other psychologists and they have all told me it is common and not unusual. It goes away, at least it has for me. Well...I experienced learning to avoid the trigger, and now I get along better. Maybe the same for you is hopeful.
