Does Anyone Know The Name For Someone Who Really Thinks They Are Ill But No Medical Evidence To Back It Up?

  • Munchausen disease....................comes to mind......but then so does my dr who thinks everyones like that simply to waste probably his important gofling time.......good luck..

  • Actually, the term is hypochondriac. In contrast, a person with Munchaussen's disease intentionally causes harm to themselves in order to get attention. Hypochondriacs need attention too, but they do not try to harm themselves.
