i was browsing this forum on panic attacks and i came across this 'cause' which immediately struck me "strenous exercise", heres what happened; i had just gotten up from bed and took the dog out for its afternoon potty walk, i decided to chase THE dog instead of being chased, i ran back and forth and came to a stop. it was a bright sunny day in the park, it was my first time experiencing p.a. i started breathing heavily, my vision got tingly, heart pounding, cant speak, so i kneeled, bad idea i got worse and passed out! now and then if i stay in a stuffy unventilated rooms i get hypered and palpitation begins and i keep my focus and after i while it brushes off..or if i goto first-time places i feel i have be close to a hospital incase something happens

my concern is because i travel alot, im afraid of getting p.a on the plane and theres noone to help if something happens :( i heard p.a dont kill but the experience is unbarable! also any quick relieve solutions?
