So heres the scoop. Well I wont make this long, or try not to anyways, but I feel like something in the way I think about things, anything generally, differs than that or a normal guy my age. Ive felt like this since around Jr. year in High School. Since Jr High though my appearance has changed from stereotypes like biker to hippy to wanna-be gangster etc. The only things that change more than my physical appearance are my interests/worries and who I am attracted to, which can be several ladies at 1 time. I have had an anger issure since, well, I can remember. I took this Anger Score Test while in treatment last year and like 50-100 is average and I scored a 305. I have a big problem holding onto money and will often go buy random movies because Im bored (Im up to around 1000 some now). I have been to 1 psychologist and 1 psychiatrist. I have a problem with sticking to things I get myself into which is why all I get diagnosed with is Depression and Generalized Anxiety Disorder but those 2 dont cover everything. I do have more problems with eating once a day in large amounts and when I drink I do the same. I turned myself into the Psych. Ward at the local hospital to get evaluated and talk to a psychologist or something but alas it was shut down and since I was 19 and drunk they turned me to the police and put me in treatment. Thats where I meet the psychiatrist who put me on a anti-depressiant/anxiety pill. Im at the point Im looking for any clue to go find a specialist some where and dont care about the diagnosis. My mom who has known me for 20 yrs and counting says she has my diagnosis as BPD. When I mentioned this to the Psychiatrist he said the Personality Disorders has a socail stigma. I told him I dont care I just want to know I have to feel better and feel like I have a place and am not so isolated and that there are others like me...........Help? and sorry that was long. :DReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
