I've been diagnosed with bipolar, manic depression, etc. since I was in high school and developed weird episodes/attacks during the last few years.
I was wondering if there is a diagnosis for such attacks or if I'm just making it up and whatnot.
It happens when I'm under stress (the last time I broke down was on my road trip from San Diego to Canada, where my friend ended up getting a ticket for speeding while I was asleep).
I usually act impulsively with nothing going on in my head, those around me say I go from crying to hysterically laughing to getting ****** off. I am void of thoughts and usually stare off until it wears off. It usually lasts around than 15-20 minutes.
It happens every few months and was steady for 7 months until the road trip incident.
Thank you for reading, and any suggestions to what it might be would be wonderful.
