Hi everyone. I'm in my early twenties, and I've noticed for some time (for about a year, maybe more) I've been experiencing a shift in moods during the day. One minute I feel fine, then the next, I feel sad or have no interest in doing anything. Somedays I feel really good, then go back to the sadness, for no reason. There are a number of days when I go into neutral (which is what I call it when I'm not feeling good or bad, its just there). I've had days like that in high school a lot and college, but just dismiss it as being "moody" or that I'm PMS. However I'm starting to think that maybe its not PMS, since its lasting more than a month. There are times when I feel like isolating myself or feel really lonely. I discussed how I've been feeling with a friend of mine and she sugguested I see a doctor. I would, but I'm unsure. What should I do? Is it something I should check into, or am I just "moody"? Thanks.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
