I have been on Welbutrin XL since January of 2008, so almost three years now. I started on 300mg and switched to 150mg about a year and a half later. I have been on 150 mg since. Anyway, I don't know if I should stay on it for a while longer, or plan to get off of it soon. I have not been depressed or very anxious for a long time now. But I don't want to just get off of it because maybe my original problems could come back. Is it okay to stay on Welbutrin for years?
Also, does any one else experience dry mouth problems? At night when I am asleep, I usually wake up once because of dry mouth. I have been using Biotene dry mouth tooth paste and mouth wash for years now, but I still have the dry mouth. Is this a bad sign? And recently, my dry mouth has seemed to be worse than it normally is. What do you think?
