I have recently needed to keep a dim light on at night when I sleep because when I wake up briefly I see things that are'nt there.
I thought having a light on would stop me from seeing things, but It did'nt.
Recently, I not only saw things, I saw movement.
Is this normal,or do I have a problem?
Sorry if I'm on the wrong disscussion board, i had trouble finding where to go.

  • How long do the things that you see 'stay' there? What are they? If you close your eyes and then open the back up--are they still there? What age are you (approximate)?Do you have any other conditions being treated at the moment? If so, what condition and what med? Do you eat directly before bed?
