Frequent crying

Lately, I've started crying a lot more over small, insignificant things. A cute commercial, a song on the radio, etc. But I am not depressed or sad. I have been depressed in the past, but I don't feel that way anymore. Why am I crying all the time?

  • Weak lungs or irritated liver might be the culprits.Try Acupuncture. I used to do that:o...even when talking to strangers about cute things I would start to shed tears or to have a broken voice. It was embarrasing. It had a lot to do with the sugar, pastries, and dairy that I was ingesting. My allergist told me that I had no lung capacity - ewww. So I started using Oriental Medicine and NAET and I don't do that anymore. :pBest.

  • Hi Fruity!I had that too, still do on occasion. You are right this is lung related according to TCM. In allopathic medicine it is often hormonal related...which is why your symptoms would worsen with dairy and sugar. In addition to Fruity's advice, I would try taking Methylcobalamin B12 lozenges. B12 deficiency can cause all kinds of mood disorders. Methyl B12 is the only form I recommend...Jarrow makes a good one, as well as a few others. Take 1000mcg daily, or every other day. Best wishesDOM
