I have been involved in a Work Comp Case for RSI Cervical related. I have been diagnosed with Frozen Shoulder, Bilateral Carpal Tunnel, Bilateral Tennis / Golfers Elbow and possible Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. This has gone on for more than two years with very minimal treatment.

I now have problems with Depression, this the Work Comp system does not have to address. I do not have insurance so I cannot get help for this and most days can't think clearly, let alone perform in the working environment. If anyone knows of a good website where I can get reputable documentation showing all these health issues cause depression I would be more than greatful.
