Hi everyone,
how are you?

I've noticed that in these two years I've been having trouble keeping track of things, very disorganized and can't think/calculate as well as before. I was wondering if this could be due to severe anxiety and depression, both of which I have.

And also could this severe depression/anxiety cause accelerated aging of the face??
Any thoughts and experiences would be really helpful.

thank you
