So, I've isolated myself for three years since I was 15 - only going out into town atleast once every 2-3 weeks. I'm 18 now, and recently I have been more "out there" with friends and family. But when I go to public/crowded places I suddenly feel mentally nervous, tense and paranoid..physically I get the sweats and my eyes are constantly moving around my surroundings.
One of my friends insisted I've developed Demophobia over those three years, and another suggested Agoraphobia.
