Am I in control?
Did I do enough Yoga today, did I walk far enough, bike to make a differnece, dance enough to burn off that banana?
That's half of my head. The other half is, are you crazy?!
So I halfway feed myself.
Or did. I'm getting better. Went vegan, added eggs (good response from the body), added ice cream (crave all the time ever since so quit since may), cheese, out of control with, even the fake kind my hubby has in plastic wrappers, never feel good the day after.
I am learning to be a giver a wellness and life yet can't seem to find balance here.
