I've been having anxiety/panic attacks for the last 7 months or so with the usual symptoms of hot flashes, lightheadedness, shortness of breath, nausea, etc etc. Also, there's this weird thing where if I blow my nose sometimes, I'll get this fruity odor/taste/feeling that lingers around my throat for at least a few hours. I looked it up, and all I could find was that it's a symptom of diabetes.. which would also explain the shortness of breath and lightheadedness.. so I'm not really sure if I should look into a psychiatrist (which I have an appointment for in about two weeks) or just a normal doctor.. This entire thing has my brain rattled, and I'm in tears with the thought of being diabetic or ending up in a diabetic coma if I don't get some of this checked out soon..
