Symptoms started Thursday evening. Cold Swets, Dizziness, upset stomach, and fainted once. 3:30 AM Friday morning experience extreme rectum bleeding. The blood was dark maroon, and thick enough where you were unable to see the bottom of the toilet. Since than I have not experienced any gushes on blood. Starting Satruday morning I began my period. I am 48 years old and hopefully nearing the start/end of menopause. I have uncomfortable cramping. On a range of 1 to 10 I would say they are atleast a four. I also had a near fainting experience today and was unable to stand up without assitance.

  • These do sound like menopause symptoms, but menopause does not begin or end at once.it happens over a period of time of two to three years. It would be better if you went for a checkup to your gynecologist,as she will be able to tell you the correct status.Cramping can happen due to other reasons too.So it is always best to consult your doctor.
