I'm 52 and have been experiencing irregular periods for a year now and last December my estradiol level was 104 and FHS 31.5 so my doctor said I was in the middle of menopause. One month ago I got hives on the inside of my arms and legs that wouldn't go away and got worst with heat. I'm having more hot flashes followed by feeling cold. The hives have progressed to an itchy rash all over my body that is constant and benadryl doesn't touch it. I've dropped anything new from my diet and have traveled out of town with no change in my symptoms. My stress level is the same (low). I've mentioned it to my friends who are doctors and they didnt know the cause. I know it is related to menopause and it is not going away. I start a new job in a month and I need to get this under control. Any ideas of what could help it? Should i try some hormone creams or something to balance my hormones? I live in a small town without a lot of choices for alternative doctors.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
