I've been on bioidentical hormones for about 8 months now. I have in the recent month put on 10 pounds and one size in clothes. I still exercise and watch what I eat. I take progesterone, estriol, testosterone, DHEA and pregnenelone. Could one of these be doing this?

  • pregnenelone is one that may trigger weight gain but maybe it depends on your body or coping capability.

Now my night sweats are back and I have gained weight and am bloated. I purchase a saliva test on my own and it said that my progesterone is low. I think I was being over-prescribed on all those bioidentical hormones.
