hi im 17 and stopped smoking 7 months ago. I'm mediterranean and used to have fairly tanned skin before I moved to England 7 months ago. Then i became quite pale, and now my entire body is a pale yellow. I tend to get hot, headaches and dizziness very easily but it usually just lasts a few hours than goes awayand comes back the next day for a few hours again. Should i be worried about my coulor change or is it normal~??

  • it cant be anemia becuase i had a blood test in december and the doctors said my iron level was definently not low. Now i dont remember if he was trying to say it was too high or what. because i was farely ill then and forgot everything he was tellin me. I thought i was anemic because my mum is but i know for sure im not. could it be due to too much iron?
