To make a VERY long story short, the multiple symptom checker on this website led me to believe that I had a pituitary tumor and Cushing's Disease. I barely ate at all for two years and nonetheless kept gaining weight. All of my Cortisol Level Tests Came Back Normal!:( No one believed me. No one would even consider Cyclical Cushings. Thankfully, my internal medicine doctor ordered an MRI and there was a large MACROADENOMA. :eek:But still, none of the doctors thought it was causing Cushing's. The tumor turned out to be a large cyst;I had it removed July 9th 2008 and have already lost the huge bloated belly and about 5 pounds (in 8 days). My skin looks clearer and I feel so much better. I can't wait until I am slim again so I can march in to those doctors' offices and show them that I wasn't lying about my caloric intake. Do not lose hope, even if the doctors don't believe you! Insist on an MRI if you believe you have a pituitary tumor, even if the tests are all negative! Thank you WrongDiagnosis.Com for saving my life!:)Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
