When I try to take a nap during the day sometimes I don't because I'm scared to. Reason is because sometimes when I'm in the middle of sleeping and I try to move or get up, I can't,it's almost as if someone is holding me down.I can hear what's going on,and I can barely open my eyes when this is happening,I don't know why this happens, but I've heard alot of people talk about this happening to them to.What should I do?:(:(:(

  • Many people experience a type of "sleep paralysis"'. It's not uncommon, not dangerous, just annoying. When you experience it, just think "I will wake up all over soon and everything will be fine."
