What could be causing this?

Here are my symptoms;
1. The inside of my mouth feels like I have been chewing on razor blades. The lining of my mouth feels like it is inflamed. The gums around my teeth are red, sensitive, and sore. I have what looks like large cuts along the inside of my cheeks where it meets my gum.
2. My vulva has had intermittent itching. Sometimes severe! It also has what look like small paper cuts. There had been whitish discharge off and on (with no odor). Sometimes that was severe too.
When I went through IVF a few years ago I was tested for every STD known to man and everything was negative.
I am not sure if either of the following could be the reason for these symptoms.
1.Five weeks ago My doctor reciently increased my Synthroid to .125mg. Could this be a side effect of the Synthroid
2. I have reciently been on two cycles of Diflucan thinking that orignially I had a yeast infection since the vaginal sympoms began first. Could I have killed off too much good bacteria?
Any possible insite would be appreciated. Thanks
