Hi All

Quick question, which maybe real DUMB, but I will ask anyway!

I am currently on B1 (Thiamine 100mg / day) this is quite a high dose, been on it just over 1 month. Anyway, my other blood reading are pretty good but my B12 is 1,300 pmol/l (versus norm 156-698). Also my Vit D is 26.2 (versus norm 32-80)

Here's the DUMB question, can B1 supplement somehow be measured as B12 or is that like asking to turn water into wine???

Again, apologies if this is a real dumb question!!
