I developed a serious twitch in my left eye. It became so distracting it interrupted my concentration on a daily basis.

My primary physician referred me to a neurologist who performed a number test...EEG etc and also ordered an extensive blood workup. The tests were inconclusive however the bloodwork revealed a serious B-12 deficiency.

This was sent to my primary doc who prescribed a series of injections of B-12.

The condition was eliminated almost immediately.

I now inject 1cc weekly and have not had any occurance.

I did not have any of the typical symptoms of a B-12 deficiency however I am somewhat concerned about my ability to retain a healthy B-12 level through my diet which provides adequate levels.
