Since I was 18 I had a cholesterol level above 300, I first tried with a nutriologist diet, when it didn´t work I became vegetarian avoidinig animal fats and industrialised sugars and flour for more than 2 years, but my levels didn´t get lower. I tried with a naturalist regime including hierba del sapo and omega 3, vegetarian diet and exercise but my cholesterol didn´t move down. I went with a endocrinologist who made liver and tiroydes tests that showed no anormalities, I began with sinvastatin pills that finally worked.
Now I´m 42, I´m still thin and having low blood pressure, but when I stop taking my pills my cholesterol levels raise until 388. Pills disguise my disease, I want to know what the real problem is. Can anybody help me?
