I am told there is a name of an condition for people with very poor veins, that often collapsed when an IV is attempted or when blood is attempted to be given. I needed a procedure which offered IV sedation, however, when attempting to put the IV in, none of my veins would pop up when pressured, nor could an IV be successfully inserted when attempted in the hand, arm, forearm or leg. Any ideas as to what the name of this condition is or how to combat it?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
