This is a very weird tale, and also rather embaressing! so bare with me..
im a 23 year old male, work in an accountants firm in the uk. a normal working day, had my usual 6.5 hours sleep. Work was stressful, as per the norm. Hadn't eateN breakfeast, as per the norm.
Went to the toilet, to do a number 2 (sorry font want to get too graphic here), was slightly painful.
Next thign i know i'm on the floor of the toilet! I'd had a black out and hit my head on the floor. I remember telling myself to get up, and i shot to my feet in a panic not knowing what was going on. (luckily no mess to clean up:rolleyes:). I don't think i fainted as such, beacuse it was literally here on moment and 100% feelign fine, out the next.
Looked in the mirror was as white as a ghost, head hurting.
Went to the hospital later that night, sugar levels and blood pressure was fine. was told i'd suffered a vasovagal attack.
Should i be worried? Are these attack common, i know the'yre not life threatening but is this story in-line with the diagnosis?? All info appreciated!
