My problem started 2 years ago with a candida infection and ureoplasma because of an intercourse without codomn.
Two days after i had my first symptoms (sense of heaviness in the vagina, discomfort, tickling in vagina, burning in urethra not only when peeing but also during all the day.
For 8 months i had been taking anti-candida pills and differnt antibiotics (in case of any infection in urina) but nothing worked. In some new exams i was found to have chlamydia, ureoplasma and staphylococos in the urethra. Taking some other pills, vitamins and antibiotics the irritation of candida and the feeling of burning in urethra was passed- although not completely so far.
Since then i felt that my symptoms had changed and the last year i feel the glands of the right part of my urethra that have been swollen, rather irritated and painful (even at the touch). Also, i have the sense that a nerve in the right part ( i think is a paraurethral gland, skene‘s gland or something like that) pulls me all the time making me feel heavy even to move and sit. the worst thing is that after every urination , i feel that i want to pee more (like urine have trapped somewhere in urethran not in the cyste). So i press with my finger this very part and a big quantity of urine (some times some drops only) drop out. And then i do not feel so heavy until a new quantity of urine is gathered in the cyste.
Also when my cyste is full i feel something like incontinece ( a burning-like sense at the down part of the cyste and the neck of the urethra) and i feel i have to pee. I always feel that something is going to out from me, something will fall down, that s why i hold myself tighting my muscles in the area of the urethra.
what else can i do?
