:( I had my colon removed completely 5 years ago, They attached my small intestine to my rectum, Then 3 years ago I had a double hernia repaired, and 3 years ago I had my gall bladder removed, Ever since then every day, usily mornings, I get woken up by or I am already up and I get these pains in my upper stamach. The only way to have them stop is eat something right away, not much, can be a small piece of bread, a cracker, anything really. And as soon as something reaches my stomach the pain starts to go away. The doctor told me my heart burn meds were not strong enough so he had me taking them 2 times a day and still no help. If I dont hurry and eat something the pain gets so bad I start to sweat. Pleas some one help......
