Upper left abdominal pain

first time poting here (and probably not my last).

I have for the past 2 weeks had upper abdominal pain below my left rib cage.
it is only slightly tender to touch.
When I am sitting still I CAN NOT feel it but when I move it feels as though something is inside. It is not terribly painful but is ever so annoying and has me thinking (however silly) that I have some terrible disease.

If I take a deep breath I can feel it when I exhale. Sorry if I am vague in my descriptions but If anyone can shed some light on this I would be very grateful.
My money is on a duodendal ulcer is this likely?
BY THE WAY I am Male and in my mid 30's. SO I think I can rule out it being a result of pregnancy!
