unexplained shortness of breath

RA dx 18 mo. last treated with humira. developed sob first couple of wk-continued 2mo then d/c due to increase in sob- sob continues and has increased-d/c med now for 6 mo- CT of heart and lungs revealed some fluid around heart-no emboli- cardiac echogram neg except fluid- insignificant amt- resting HR 46-54- gxt HR increased to 193 less than 1 min- unable to continue- neg heart cath- normal ejection frac- normal lab work- normal abg- no chest pain but fullness and tightness- 2 mo ago severe, itchy rash only on lt arm- resolved in3 wk- left scars- intermittent pheripheral edema- every 3-4 wk periods of extreme fatique requiring bedrest- decreased pulmonary function tests
