undiagnosed digestive tract ulceration

Hi every one
My son 30 years old havechronic diarrhea due to ulcers at his digestive tract since 2008 till now. For 2years of treatment at 3 hospitals by 3 GI specialists made 4 colonoscopies ,4upperscopies ,1 camera capsule, CT-SCAN and 1 laparoscopy taking a small part of ileum for test They didn't find any disease or diagnosedthe cause of these ulcers. He took according to GI specialists prescriptions most medication of CROHNS and TB and otherinfectious diseases without any improvements, instead got worse. Currently hestop any medication and his health stable except low appetite nausea and mild diarrhea.
