ive been having some discomfort within my big toe due to pins and needles, which has lasted for about 5 months straight and didn't seem to want to go away. From about the start of this week i now feel tinging and itchiness within the same big toe and it doesn't seem to go away even wen i put on shoes which i feel will ease it. I really don't no what to do because i do fear that its Toe paresthesia stemming from diabetes, as recently i have also been goin to the loo more often than should.
