I have read above article, I am from bangalore and working as software proffessional. I suffer from TMJ disfunction, Believe me , this pain literally kills me every day, Due to this my face structure has changed, literaly my face is tilted. this is nonstop pain. Kindly help me

Interestingly i know the solution for TMJ disfunction. TMJ disfunction is directly related to stress, When you are stress free u will not have pain. several occations i have observed this. If you find some activity which makes your heart sing then you will really forget the pain.

Unfortunately mine is stress ful life. I am not doing the job what i realy interested in. i want to strart business for which atleast 20 lac rupees investment required. since i dont have that much money, i think a lot, that causes stress , stress inturn causes Pain in my joint.

I am facing tmj disfunction from 10 years, from 10 years evryday m crying in pain. I know that TMJ is a gray area in Medical which does not have defined medication, This makes my situation even worse. somehow i am living by swallowing all pain. as i said when life is stress free u wont the pain .

secondly pain is more in winter season. I am realy afrid to go to a place where temperature is less than 10 degree or so. coz i have a fear that my jaw will stop functioning.
Several times i thought of commiting suicide. Coz i have a fear that things will become worse while growing older . Kindly sugeest me, Please help me.
