Tingling and Twitching--Short Circuiting

I've posted a couple of months ago and I'm still on the fritz. I have been having left facial tingling accompanied by the occasional left side headache either in the top, side or back of the head. My eyelids twitch and feel as if they're going to close. There is tingling in the left arm, left thigh and pain in both calves. My lips feel as if they are going to pucker up and freeze in that position. On occasion when these symptoms present, I feel mildly disoriented and as though my coordination is somewhat impaired. It's almost as if I'm in slow mo and I'm watching myself trying to do something (like reach for a pen) and I can't.

I was riding home on the subway over a month ago and my left thumb and right forefinger just started jerking. Sometimes these symptoms will present with chest pain. Thank God my Stress/Echo was unremarkable. The cardiologist did comment that the vessels in a woman's heart are smaller and he would still like to monitor my progress with a few lifestyle changes...diet and more exercise. I'm doing just that, but still having electrical difficulty. I feel like I'm short circuiting and no one is helping. My neuro ordered a MRI of the brain to r/o tumor and diagnosed me with pre-stage trigeminal neuralgia. I tried telling him that I don't have face pain.....
