For a few years, if I miss a meal I start to get really quiet, confused and feel out of it, as well as sometimes becoming emotional. For the last year or so ( I'm 25 ) when this happens it is an even worse response ( panic, confusion, difficulty communicating, and uncontrollable crying ) and it happens after as few as 3 hours without eating or if I do a lot of exercise. I have had my blood glucose levels checked 4 times now and I keep being told that I am fine - my sugars have been in the 4-5 range when this happens. Still, if I have an orange juice or candy right away when it happens, after about 10 minutes it passes and leaves me feeling drained. No one seems to know what's wrong or wants to find out. Can anyone help??Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
