my dad just woke up one day and had a small dot on his eye, like an insect bite.. we thought it would go away 2 days later (today) his whole right side of his face is swollen. there were multiple red dots on his face too, and the "rash" and puffiness spreads from these dots.. his right eye lid is particularly badly swollen now, his eye ball is a bit glassy. complains of a headache as well (he never gets headches!!this is his first.) . the weird thing is the left side of his face is completely ok.. (up till now that is.) his headache is also on the top right corner of his head... please help anyone???

  • Today, my sister woke up with puffiness by her left side of her cheek near the mouth. My mother took her to the hospital and they said she was fine but they didn't know what caused it! So they sent her home. Now, a few hours later, I have the same thing on the same side of the face in the same spot! What is it!? I looked on the internet and it said it may be Actinomycetales Infection. Symptoms are skin abscess, fever, night sweats, weakness, headache, cough, chest pain ,and lung inflammation(ashtma). When she was at the hospital many people came in with chest pains. So it may be spreading around. There is treatment for this infection. Also, I am age 11.
