Hi there! I am knew to the group and wondering if anyone out there has ever had to deal with this and how did you get over it. I was 26 years old and I had (female) cancer. Instead of getting rid of it the docs tried shrinking it. They since I had kids and my husband did not it was not fair to him to just remove the cancer although there was 0 chance in ever having another child. The meds they put me on mae me go from 112lbs to 130lbs in two weeks. I told them this can't be right, wait until I get back from my honeymoon and fix the problem instead of case more. Guess what there answer to that was(no way) I then went from 130lbs to 180lbs over the next 1 month. I have gained and lost 15lbs over nd over, but the problem was taken care of by my husband who had to go into the docs himself and tell them that a wife that was healthy was better then a wife that was dead just so he could (not) have children. Now the weight is here to stay I eat right I exercise, if I even think about cheating the scale goes up a pound just to warn me not to. I drink plenty of water. The docs keep telling me o cut the calories, they had me at 600 cal a day. then cut the fat fine but how do you cut the fat from fresh uncooked veggies and salads with no dressing and carfully weighed lean meats, so they said step up the exercise ok I work 10-12 hours a day clean my house, my husband drives truck so really I'm a single parent with extra work on my plate I walk the dogs 1 hour a day sepertly, I excerise 1 hour a day plus I run stairs all the time.
Someone please help me I can't get rid of the weight. And I only wish it comes off as fast as it came on..
