Hi ,
Let me share my story.I got graduated with good grades and got a job in my field. Some how I was given a very **** work in my team which did not require any knowledge. So I got depressed.I ended up having bad grades in my team even I worked too hard.which again took me in a depression phase.Due to this depression (not sure),I got too much emotional and I started living alone.I don;t like to talk to anybody and everything I do results into some kind of bad things which ultimately spoils my impression.Due to this kind of depression phases,I am not able to speak properly.I have a problem in understanding the things.I get confused and whenever I think I get trapped into some kind of loops.I could not link the things properly because I am not able to remember the things.I have stopped taking interest in everything. whenever I am speaking ,I loose control of my thoughts. While speaking ,I am not able to pronunciate the words properly.I put too much pressure on some words and it becomes very weird when somebody listens. Can you tell how to recover from this? Please let me know any advice.Seems like I forgot every word in English.
