Sometimes I don't think all doctors know exactly what they are doing or can diagnosis anyone.

I am a 22 year old woman and I have always known something wasn't write about me. When I was 7 years old I had to wear a bra and started getting blackheads, after a while pimples started arising as well. By the age of 10 I had began a menstration, and the acne WORSENED!!!!!! The pediatrician was constantly prescribing me Retina and other types of topical medications for acne and nothing was successful. By 6th grade I was so embarassed to show my face that I didn't even want to go to school. I had seen dermatologist ever since 6th grade, I have failed all antibiotics administered to me and topical ointments or treatments never worked either. Other than that nothing was out of the ordinary growing up.

I was 19 years old and had never gone to a gynecologist since I had grown up with my father. So I decided to go I had only had intercourse maybe 4 times I wasn't worried. Well of course the pap came back abnormal and I retested in 6 months and had to have my cervix frozen. All the paps had been normal after that. This past year I saw a general physician and asked him to check my hormones and he said no you don't have anything wrong with them you don't have the shape the body the complexion you're fine you only need to worry about cholesterol, so I decided to have a cholesterol check done and I have PERFECT cholesterol levels! I decided to pay the money and see a holistic science physician, where I had finally been given the chance to have my hormones checked. And go figure my testosterone levels were slightly elevated above the normal range and so where my DHEA's!

My husband and I had been trying since March 07 to get pregnant and nothing had happened. Well in October we decided to not try anymore and wait till I finish up with school since I start back in January 08. And out of the blue totally MISSED my period! Went to the gyno and she drew some blood cause 3 home tests came out negative. She as well said DHEA's were elevated Testosterone was fine and I did not ovulate, and that I had an adrenal gland problem so she sent me to an endocrinologist. I met with the endocrinologist and she spoke to me about PCOS because she thinks that what I had. because my voice is getting a little deeper, hair grows REAL fast, Persistent acne, weight gain, I had also had a ct scan that showed a 4.8 cm hemorrhagic cyst in my left side of pelvis or ovary. So she did some blood work and brings me back today to discuss the results. I have no insulin problems, no thyroid problems, no insulin resistence, I'm not anemic. She said to me today that I was perfectly healthy and normal in the eyes of an endocrinologist!

So back to square one........ Acne, Painful Ovulatory hemorrhagic cysts, hormone inbalance, hair growth problems, moodiness, FATIGUE and no one can diagnose me. I have outer symptoms but blood work seems to say differently.

I have outer symptoms but blood work seems to say differently. What is your diet like and what types of foods do you eat on a daily basis? Do you have any history of UTI's or abnormal vaginal discharge? Candida overload can cause some of your symptoms. But most Western docs don't address this appropriately IMO. Google candida and cleanses for more info. Consider trying acupuncture it is fantastic for women's disorders and infertility. I have treated PCOS, endo, infertility, and menstrual disorders very effectively in my clinic. Also consider getting a thyroid antibody test done. I believe it is a different test from the normal thyroid panel. Best wishesDOM
