Sternum/Chest/Breast Bone Pain (constant)

Sir/expert friends,i 37 yrs,suffering from a constant pain in midst of my chest since 15 years.on inhaling its shortness of breath.pain extends/felt leading upto right side and in full chest c.g point breast bone.it gives cracking sound(AUDIBLE ) in my sternum.alongwith i am suffering with frequent colds(allergic rhinitis ),insomnia.bipolar disorder frequent micturition( without burning sensations with less volumes every time). blood pressure remains just below normal about 70/110 or less. my mother and her own sister also have the chest pain.so please, WHAT could be my diagnosis s. expect prompt replies/experiences.sincerely of yours.thanks.
