Spinal injuries and symptoms

I have had two lower back surgeries in the past. I recently injured my back again by lifting and twisting back up and down on my feet. It was two months ago. I had some tests done.. My question to this community is this. I went to my first physical therapy session and had electrical stim and ultrasound to my lumbar only injury. They did not do nothing with my neck which has a small herniation at c6..

The following day from this pt (it might not have anything to do with the Pt just for story I added this in) anyhow I woke up with numbness and severe tingling in the left pinky and ring finger. I waited for a couple of hours figuring it was just asleep. Come the afternoon it still was there and the pain was terrible. Hence it has been 6 days and no feeling but tingling in pain and also in elbow shocks and to shoulder. My palm beneath these fingers is also itching. Along with this I have had intense scratching of my scalp like crazy. I have no fleas or lice anything like that. It is intense and I am not on any new meds so I would like to know if anyone else can offer some suggests. I also have dizziness and a funny sort of headache every day with this. Thanks for any help and yes I am typing with the three left fingers.. it is terrible as i work with my hands and am also a writer..

holler out if anyone knows about this and thank you.
