my older brother has spastic hands that are numb, cold and at times blanch white. He has a lot of pain in hands and wrists. He also has a flat affect and stare. Most of the time he stares when returning conversation, which is minimal. He was anemic and was given vit B12 which has helped his energy level. He had stomach pain also and lost much weight. He has been on Prilosec and the pain has gone away and is now gaining weight. Doctor said he had a slightly twisted stomach and duodenal inflamation. One MD said Reynauds, other doesn't think so. He had a nerve conduction study and he has carple tunnel mild to mod in both hands. When he was around 8yrs old he was hit in the head by a car and in a coma for 9 days. Normal afterwards. He had an MRI done of his brain and we are awaiting results. He doesn't have the Parkinsonian walk. Any ideas out there?
