My 19 year old son has been sick since he returned from his sr. trip 2 years ago with a thrush infection. He has nausea, diarhhea, stomach pain, light headedness, lower back pain...The first diagnosis was post-nasal drip...second...they removed his gallbladder, supposedly in flamed. No improvement. We have been to holistic drs. and got a diagnosis of systemic yeast infection...supposedly treated that...went to Cleveleand Clinic where they did every gastro test there is...no diagnosis...saw neurologist there with perhaps an inner ear thing...treated with PT with no success...now we are back to general practitioner who is not giving up on us. He did have some abnormal levels of growth hormone and so today we are visiting an endocrinologist...we always hold hope for a diagnosis...its rough...my son can not lead a normal life...he got into a great college but has been on a leave of absence since last winter.
Can anyone help us? He has had all the blood test for celaic, food allergies, you name it we have done it.
