For the past 2 years or so I have been developing some small bumps on both hand palms and fingers, as the months go by i noitce I get new ones. They dont seem to go away. Actually if I do a hand scrub it helps with keeping my hands soft but I can still see the bumps but after two weeks or so my hands start feeling even more rusty. I have asked a dermatologist what it is and all she said was that its hereditary.I'm hoping there is some type of treatment for this.
