Hi guys, first post so bare with me.

Well it all started 6 years ago when i was getting panic attacks where i would lose all strength in my body. Was put on a few meds and it actually got better to where id never have a full on attack. But during that time i had problems sleeping, bouts of vertigo and tinnitus which have never fully left after all this time.

I stopped meds a couple years back or more as i getting some really bad vertigo trips which lasted for days and they cleared up pretty well apart from the odd day at times but recent-ish i was having concentration problems and times where my mind was feeling as if it was buzzing around and found it hard to calm it down.

I still get them now but these past few weeks i've had leg buzzing and tremors where i feel the muscles moving (i think) which has been awful for me until last week where i have been having problems with my hand being numb or in pain with my wrist and forearms feeling it too.

I'm signing up to a new doc ASAP as the last one kept me on anxiety meds even with other symptoms coming through. But anyone have an idea to this?

  • You could have a mitochondrial disease! See a neurologist! Many mitochondrial diseases with symptoms of your type respond well to ubiquinole (body ready Co-Q-10). You may need as much as 200-400 mg. per day. Your symptoms mock our daughter and granddaughter's symptoms. It is amazing what this special type of Co-Q-10 has done for their ability to THINK and has given them both new sustained energy levels and has stopped facial and body tics. Also has stopped the neuropathology pain. (It was their geneticist/neurologist that put them on Co-Q-10!)
