I have been Trying to breath for 6 years. Every year it gets worse. I've seen multiple doctors who say it stress and anxiety. I take 2mg ativan all day long, been taking this since I was 14. I had severe panic attacks and they may be manifesting themselves though to cause breathing difficulty. I'm 29, I eat extremly healthy, I don't drink, I have great home and a wonderful family. I have an extremely stressful job. I'm in the medical field, heart surgery. Nothing makes my breathing worse and nothing makes it better. I breath fine while sleeping. It's starting to really get bad. my ribs hurt from straining to breath all day. my back and neck are in spasm. I cant seem to beat this. Any suggestions. I've tried every medication out there nothing helps. I think there is a much larger issue going on something the docs are not seeing.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
