Hi ! I have Scleroderma from last 5 years. I have syndroms like, Raynaud's, tight skin on face, neck and hands, swelling on hands and feet, reflux etc. I got few black spots on my cheeks and nose, they look like blemishes. Is there a way to get rid of that. I use SPF 60 sunscreen throughout the year. If i go out in the sun they go dark.

Can anyone help???
