I have moderately severe osteoarthritis. In 2001, I had a 4-level anterior cervical fusion C-3 thru C-7 with donor bone, plate and screws. In 2005, I had a breakdown on C-2. They did an anterior fusion with placement of a hinge around C-2, added some donor bone and attached this to C-3. So, actually I am fused from C-2 thru C-7. I do have some mobility in my neck, but not much.

I have been on disability since 2001. Neurosurgeon told me...they had stabilized me so I was not paralyzed, but I would have the residual pain and some loss of some fine motor skills in my hands.

I call myself the Tin Woman. I can drive tho...and have been on a couple of cruises...lol.

I have chronic constant migraine like headaches...they are constant...go from bad to worse. I have just been diagnosed with Occipital Neuralgia and will begin epidural treatments later this month...so hope that will help.

Glad to meet ya.
